Delivery services for Europe & The European Union

For deliveries to countries in the EU Customs territory, Move Dance insure your delivery and pay all charges including any Duty and VAT on your behalf. This applies to all order values, you will never have to pay anything extra at the delivery point/doorstep.

An increased delivery charge will apply to Dance Teacher account holders on orders over 180€, which will be calculated at the checkout.

General Delivery Information

All deliveries are subject to stock availability. In the event that a stock error occurs and we are unable to dispatch immediately we will email you to advise you of estimated dispatch dates.

We may dispatch some of your items separately.

Please note Standard and Free delivery services are NOT guaranteed delivery times - please be aware that delivery times may vary from the estimates given and may be longer than expected. If you require goods for a specific date, we strongly recommend you select a guaranteed delivery date service (such as Next Day or Premium)

In the event of a problem, for Standard deliveries we have to allow up to 10 working days for UK & Germany, 15 for most EU deliveries and 20-30 working days for other EU and Worldwide deliveries before we can consider a parcel to be missing and we can act upon it (see your country's quoted delivery timescales for details). Please be aware the maximum time limit for reporting missing items in the UK is 30 days, and 60 days outside of the UK. Any parcels reported later cannot be entertained.

Please note we cannot add additional delivery instructions to your parcel. We advise that you either leave a note on your door for your postman, or if you are not available at the time of delivery, the postman will leave a card for you to arrange collection or re-delivery from your local sorting office.

Please ensure the correct delivery address is entered when placing an order. If a parcel fails to arrive due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a 50% refund of the item(s) cost can be issued after 30 working days from dispatch. If the parcel is returned to us by the postal services we will refund the remaining 50%, otherwise this amount cannot be recovered.
